Here is how to access our FTP site:

Our preferred method of file transfer is via the internet using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Below is the information you need to get started using FTP to send and receive files. If you do not have FTP software you can find free downloads by choosing the appropriate window on the right.   After downloading click on the file and follow the installation instructions.


WINDOWS
1. Start WS_FTP.
2. Choose "NEW" for Session Profile.
3. Enter "Franklin Communications" in Profile Name (no quotes).
4. Enter "ftp.franklincomm.com" in Host Name (no quotes).
5. Enter "ftpguest" in User ID (no quotes).
6. Enter the password given by the Prepress department of Franklin Communications.
7. Choose Save Password.
8. Save Session Profile.
9. Click OK to connect.
