As you most likely know, the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement – the contract between the league and the labor union representing the players – expired on March 4, 2011. While we are hopful that an agreement will be reached between the NFL and the players labor union, we understand that this is a source of concern for some of our fans. To this end, the Miami Dolphins will provide a full refund or account credit for any game(s) not played in 2011.
Specifically, our refund policy is as follows:
- We will provide you with a full refund for any cancelled preseason or regular season home games.
- You may choose to receive your refund either in the form that you paid for your tickets (e.g., cash, credit card) or in the form of credits towards future games.
- If any games are missed, refunds will be paid no later than 30 days after final determination of how many games will actually be played during the 2011 NFL season.
Please note that the terms of this policy are not required by contract or law, and apply only in the event that Miami Dolphins games are cancelled.
